Choose the Hockey Legacy Manager Leagues in Your Career
Section titled “Choose the Hockey Legacy Manager Leagues in Your Career”The Hockey Legacy Manager leagues available to select come from your active roster. Active Leagues groups them by location and shows each league’s flag, logo, abbreviation, strength, and type. You can activate leagues individually or by region while watching the estimated performance indicator change.
Read the Hockey Legacy Manager leagues list
Section titled “Read the Hockey Legacy Manager leagues list”The list does not use one permanent set of league names. A different default or community roster can include a different league structure, so Active Leagues is the accurate list for the roster you selected.

| Region heading | Leagues are grouped by their configured continent. A league without a location appears under World. |
| Flag | The country assigned to the league. |
| League logo and abbreviation | Which configured league the row controls. |
| Strength | The league-strength level stored in the roster. |
| Academic | The league uses the academic league type. |
| Toggle | Whether that league is active in the career configuration. |
| Estimated performance | The performance estimate for the current group of active leagues. It updates when a toggle changes. |
Activate the leagues you want
Section titled “Activate the leagues you want”Select a league row or its toggle to change its active state. The league containing your team and the career’s primary league remain active; their toggles are disabled.
The menu beside the performance estimate provides Activate All and Deactivate All. Each region heading has the same two actions for only the leagues in that region. Required leagues stay active when a bulk action is used.
Start with the leagues you expect to follow or use during the career. If the estimated performance changes more than you want, deactivate optional leagues individually instead of guessing which region caused the difference.
Understand countries and league locations
Section titled “Understand countries and league locations”The country shown for a league is part of the roster’s league configuration. It determines the flag and the region where that league appears in Active Leagues. It is not a separate country pack that you enable independently.
To change a league’s location or create another playable league, edit the roster with the custom league guide before beginning a new career.
Use a roster with different leagues
Section titled “Use a roster with different leagues”The active roster supplies the leagues shown during career setup. If the league structure you want is not present, select another roster or use a community roster that includes it. Review the roster’s league list before following the career setup guide, because changing rosters is separate from toggling leagues in one career configuration.
