Clear the Google Play Store Cache

Clear the Google Play Store cache when HLM PRO is not restored automatically as HLM launches. After clearing it, reopen Google Play Store so it can refresh the purchase information, then launch HLM again.

How to clear the Google Play Store cache

Open the Android Settings app.
Select Apps and open Google Play Store. Some devices place it under See all apps.
Select Storage & cache.
Select Clear cache.
Reopen Google Play Store, then launch HLM again and check whether PRO is restored.

Android menu wording can differ by device manufacturer and Android version. Search the device settings for Google Play Store if the app list uses a different path.

If PRO is still unavailable

Open the HLM PRO screen and follow the manual restore steps.
