HLM PRO and Restore Purchases Guide

Use Restore when the current HLM version no longer recognizes an HLM PRO purchase supported by the platform store. Open the PRO screen, choose Restore from its toolbar options, and wait for Restoring Purchase to finish. A successful restore enables PRO and removes ads.

  1. Confirm the device store is signed in to the account that owns the purchase.

  2. Open the HLM PRO screen.

  3. Select Restore in the toolbar, then select Restore from the Options menu.

  4. Keep the restore window open while Restoring Purchase is displayed.

  5. After the checkmark appears, close the window and confirm that PRO controls are unlocked.

If the store does not confirm ownership, HLM displays Restore Failed and states that the HLM PRO purchase was not found. The restore window also shows the returned restore state.

Restore state What to check
A state mentioning offline cache or store cache Connect to the internet, reopen the device store, then retry Restore.
A state mentioning item not owned Verify that the store account is the one that purchased this HLM version.
A state mentioning receipt Reopen the store so it can refresh the purchase receipt, then retry.
Error or a not-found state Confirm the correct HLM version and store account before contacting support.

On Android, if PRO is still not restored after confirming the purchasing account and retrying Restore, clear the Google Play Store cache, reopen the Play Store, and then launch HLM again. This forces the Play Store to refresh the ownership check used by HLM.

Provide the visible restore state, platform, and HLM version when requesting help. Do not send a password, full receipt, payment-card details, or store authentication code.
