Junior Post-Season Tournament
The junior tournament brings together the champions of the QJL, WJL, and OJL, along with the host team.
The tournament begins with a round-robin stage. Once the round robin is complete, the second- and third-place teams face each other in the semifinals. The winner then advances to the final to face the first-place team.
College Post-Season Tournament
College leagues also receive their own post-season tournament in HLM27, bringing together the top teams from the college system for an additional championship at the end of the season.

Tournament history is also integrated throughout the game. Team pages now show the number of times a team has won the tournament, while league pages include a dedicated tournament section.
